A-Grip UV blended aggregates have been fully tested and we are happy to share our data with installers.
Each testing block has been produced using the same resin to aggregate ratio that you would normally use when creating your batches. The blocks were placed in our testing rig and pressure applied via a hydraulic ram to the point of fracture.
The results indicate each blends mechanical properties for strength and deflection, this is invaluable information when deciding which blend is best suited for your intended use.
Using this information, and based on the installed screeds strength, we have created three grades of aggregate blend:
